Recycle1st Winter clothing drive

On the 23rd May 2022, Recycle1st launched our Winter Clothing drive with all our recycle1st clients. And the response was PHENOMENAL. We had collected over 160kg of clothing that was sorted and distributed to our chosen beneficiaries, Khathalalena and the Holy Cross child and youth care centre.

ZeroPET Foundation

This is a partnership between Recycle1st and Mountain Falls, it’s a sustainable plan to create a ZeroPET footprint. As such, we help them to eradicate their impact on the environment through their self-imposed recycling targets. The aim is to collect 2,5 million plastic bottles per year by removing 2 plastic bottles for every one they sell which equates to approximately 50 tons of PET per year.
